- Manage daily operations of multiple properties across UAE, Europe, and other locations.
- Supervise and train domestic staff: housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, drivers, laundresses,
- Liaise with service providers for technical maintenance, procurement, and repairs.
- Oversee kitchen operations: meal planning, dietary needs, quality control, and seasonal
- Manage travel schedules, seasonal home openings/closings, and ensure property readiness
- Support the female principal with daily routines and comfort.
- Bachelor/Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Healthcare or Private Service.
- Minimum 10 years as an estate manager or chief housekeeper in a multi-residence
- Demonstrated experience managing multicultural teams.
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are valued.
- Experience in logistics, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
