As a Relationship Manager under the Real Estate Coverage team, you will manage and grow a portfolio of real estate clients, delivering superior service and ensuring performance loan targets are met. You will lead financial evaluations, risk assessments, and product cross-selling while maintaining credit quality and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business development and client service through the designated coverage team
  • Grow portfolio revenues while managing risks and ensuring a low non-performing loan ratio
  • Conduct credit reviews, appraisals, feasibility assessments, and financial modeling
  • Ensure timely credit renewals, documentation compliance, and adherence to internal policies
  • Cross-sell a full range of FAB products, including GTB and GFM solutions
  • Act as a key point of contact for client service issues, enabling other teams to focus on complex sales
  • Maintain complete and accurate KYC, call reports, and operational documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong long-term relationships
  • Drive improvements in credit analysis skills and support team performance
  • Meet internal audit expectations and SLA commitments for new client onboarding
  • Work within authorized limits and escalate exceptions appropriately
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • Professional qualification in accounting is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in real estate finance or commercial banking relationship management
  • Strong financial interpretation, credit appraisal, and modeling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage client expectations and work under pressure
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
  • English proficiency required; Arabic language is preferable
