- Support the Outlet Manager in growing business, optimizing profitability, and enhancing market share.
- Interact with guests to personalize experiences, build relationships, and establish a loyal client base.
- Conduct routine inventories, order supplies, and safeguard cash in line with company policies.
- Oversee cashiering processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Monitor budgetary requirements, highlight variances, and manage expenses to meet targets.
- Assist in preparing annual business plans and forecasts.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize outlet profitability.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong F and B operations background with proven leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional international language is an advantage.
- Strong financial understanding with knowledge of budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization.
