- Supervise outlet operations in line with Jumeirah and Dubai Municipality standards
- Organize daily colleague schedules and maintain staffing levels to ensure smooth service
- Conduct training sessions to improve job knowledge, service quality, and team efficiency
- Manage probationary reviews, annual appraisals, and feedback sessions to support career growth
- Oversee outlet hygiene, food preparation, and service standards to meet guest expectations
- Support the Chef de Cuisine and Outlet Manager in banquet setups and VIP functions
- Ensure compliance with food safety certifications and operational procedures
- Motivate and guide colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast-food outlet or hotel environment
- Completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
- Certified with Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering and PIC certification
- Knowledge of food preparation, fast food kitchen equipment, and service processes
- Skilled in workforce planning, cash handling, and team supervision
- Strong communication and leadership abilities in multicultural settings
