Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Mobile Marketing Operations Specialist to support the digital marketing team in managing ongoing operations within Appsflyer and Insider CDP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mobile attribution, tracking campaigns, creating deep links, ensuring data accuracy, and driving actionable insights to optimize performance.Key Responsibilities:Appsflyer Operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations within Appsflyer including:
  • Deep link creation and maintenance for campaigns, in-app messages, and onboarding journeys.
  • Campaign tracking setup for paid media, affiliates, influencers, and cross-platform initiatives.
  • Coordinate with media partners for partner integration, link validation, and tracking configuration.
  • Monitor and optimize performance KPIs such as installs, D0–D7 retention, revenue D7, ROAS, uninstall rates, etc.
  • Maintain consistent event mapping and schema, ensuring all key user actions are tracked properly.
  • Work with tech teams to ensure SDK upgrades, in-app event tracking, and attribution logic are aligned with marketing goals.
  • Implement and manage fraud detection settings and attribution windows.
  • Insider CDP & Campaign Execution
  • Support audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and journey orchestration within Insider.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to launch targeted push notifications, in-app messages, web overlays, and email journeys using Insider.
  • Leverage Insider CDP to improve user engagement, upselling, and customer retention strategies.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on real-time user behavior and CDP insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain Appsflyer dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Define and monitor monthly KPIs, including conversion funnels, ROAS, LTV, retention, and uninstall rates.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and user acquisition efforts.
  • Coordinate with Data/CRM teams to align on first-party data utilization in CDP and performance attribution.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing operations, performance marketing, or digital analytics.
  • Strong operational experience in Appsflyer – deep linking, campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and KPI analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Insider (or equivalent CDP/marketing automation platform).
  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution, paid UA campaigns, fraud detection, and deep linking logic.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Firebase, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful marketing actions.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Nice to Have:Experience in financial services, fintech, or app-based platforms.Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, CRM tools, and campaign automation platforms.Basic knowledge of SQL, GTM, or mobile app behavior tracking
