- Own the annual brand plan, positioning, and calendar for Devialet across the region.
- Localize global guidelines across retail, e-commerce, and partners while protecting brand equity.
- Define product launch roadmaps, pricing ladders, and hero SKU focus by market.
- Track brand health, NPS, share of voice, and competitor moves to steer strategy.
- Drive LFL growth, ATV, UPT, conversion, and CRM capture across Devialet boutiques.
- Partner with Store Managers on targets, rostering, training, and weekly performance
- Plan store events, clienteling activations, and VIP outreach with measurable ROI.
- Build and grow business with select premium resellers and top e-tail partners.
- Set sell-in targets, negotiate assortments, MDF, and display agreements.
- Lead joint business plans, quarterly reviews, and demand forecasting to improve DOS and OSA.
- Ensure brand visibility in partner doors through fixtures, VM, and demo readiness.
- Own the trade marketing calendar across boutiques and premium resellers.
- Plan MDF allocation, in-store campaigns, POSM, fixtures, and promoter programs.
- Standardize door lists, visibility KPIs, compliance audits, and campaign scorecards.
- Brief, produce, and track assets and materials, optimizing cost and impact.
- Own the online P&L across brand.com and key e-commerce partners.
- Plan campaigns, promotions, and content to drive sessions, CVR, AOV, and ROAS.
- Manage performance marketing with agencies to optimize search, social, display, and
- Oversee PDP excellence, ratings and reviews, and merchandising on partner platforms.
- Improve S&OP, forecasting accuracy, and inventory turns.
- Build dashboards for revenue, mix, DOS, promo ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
- Align closely with Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and Global Brand to land plans on time.
- Coach junior team members and field staff.
- Represent Devialet at key trade shows, partner reviews, and regional events.
- Run training for product storytelling, demo excellence, and clienteling.
- Bachelor's degree. 5+ years in brand or category management, sales, or business
- Proven success growing own retail and premium reseller channels.
- Strong brand ownership with commercial acumen.
- Excellence in key account management, negotiation, and demand planning.
- Data-driven mindset with solid command of Excel and dashboards.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience across UAE and KSA with top distributors, premium resellers, and e-commerce partners.
- Trade marketing and retail VM experience, including fixtures and promoter programs.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, analytics, and PDP best practices.
- Arabic and or French is a plus.
