Legal Operations Manager

• Streamline and manage day-to-day legal department operations, workflows, and resource allocation
• Implement and maintain legal tech tools (CLM systems, matter management platforms, etc.)
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, financial planning, and vendor spend
• Oversee relationships with external legal service providers, negotiate fees, and track performance
• Track and report on legal KPIs, compliance metrics, and operational dashboards
• Standardize legal processes and support legal risk mitigation efforts across departments
