Job Description :We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery while meeting safety, quality, and cost targets. The ideal candidate will lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with construction specifications.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day site construction activities.- Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards.- Supervise subcontractors and internal site teams.- Conduct site inspections and safety audits.- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and client teams.- Resolve construction-related technical issues.- Maintain project documentation and reporting.- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.- Certified and registered as a professional engineer.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction manager.- Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices.- Experience in managing large construction projects.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
