- Oversee all billing processes including direct bill accounts, group invoices, and commissions
- Review and reconcile daily revenue postings between the PMS and financial systems
- Monitor customer accounts and resolve billing disputes quickly and professionally
- Manage aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and enforce hotel credit policies
- Approve or recommend credit applications based on risk assessments
- Prepare accounts receivable reports including aging analysis and collection performance
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and revenue audits
- Provide documentation for internal and external audits
- Supervise and mentor accounts receivable staff, ensuring deadlines and accuracy are met
- Train team members in billing procedures, systems, and customer service standards
- Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Events teams for accurate billing and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or similar) is an advantage
- 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in hospitality
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Familiarity with Opera, Sun Systems, or similar hotel/finance systems
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and credit management
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
