- Handle cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, inter-account transfers, and safe/vault reconciliation
- Process demand drafts, telegraphic transfers, travellers cheques, IPOs, and returned outward clearings
- Assist customers with cheque collection, posting vouchers, updating currency boards, and banking product queries
- Ensure 100% accuracy in transaction processing with zero income leakage or compliance errors
- Answer phone inquiries professionally and escalate as needed
- Actively promote and demonstrate FAB's online/mobile banking applications to walk-in customers
- Generate qualified leads for retail banking products by identifying customer needs
- Support branch management in daily operations and complete mandatory trainings
- Represent FAB values to achieve NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain meticulous documentation and file management as per bank procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of front-line banking experience, preferably in UAE retail banking
- Knowledge of core banking services, transaction protocols, and customer service practices
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and cash handling discipline
- Familiar with online/mobile banking tools and able to guide customers through digital onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to cross-sell and promote FAB products
