- Acquire new retail clients by understanding their financial needs and aligning banking solutions accordingly
- Develop and maintain account plans and ensure continuous updates on pipeline and customer development
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact
- Conduct client meetings and deliver excellent service to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction
- Promote cross-selling by working closely with internal product teams
- Maintain in-depth awareness of clients' portfolios, usage of services, and potential upselling opportunities
- Coordinate internally with Operations, Legal, Risk, and other departments to meet client servicing expectations
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks, as well as FAB\'s internal policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail customer relationship management
- Mandatory certifications: CISI Level 3 and UAE Rules & Regulations (SCA certification)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and portfolio management skills
- Excellent understanding of retail banking products and UAE regulatory environment
