With a strong footprint across international markets and a growing presence in the UAE, we support clients in enhancing compliance, performance, and environmental responsibility.To expand our market reach, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with solid UAE experience in B2B service sales.Core Service Areas:Sustainability Services (e.g. ESG Reporting, LCA, Carbon Footprinting, CBAM Readiness)Climate Change Services (GHG Inventorization, Climate Strategy Advisory)Inspection Services (Third-party inspections, compliance audits)Certification Services (ISO Management Systems, CE Marking, Product/Process Certification)Training Services (CQI | IRCA-approved programs & professional development)Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and secure new business across the UAE in target sectors.Actively promote and sell the company’s full range of services listed above.Prepare and deliver client proposals, quotations, and service presentations.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service delivery.Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and business forums for brand visibility and networking.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM.Candidate Profile:Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business development or B2B sales.Experience in certification, inspection, training, or sustainability/climate-related services is strongly preferred.Proven sales record and client relationship management.Strong understanding of UAE market and compliance-driven industries.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.UAE Driving License (preferred).What We Offer:Competitive salary of AED 10,000/monthSales performance incentivesCareer growth in a global and future-forward industryExposure to sustainability and climate leadership servicesSupportive and professional work culture
