- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support employee growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal regulations.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
