- Lead the design and implementation of the school’s digital data ecosystem using iSAMS as the core MIS.
- Ensure accurate, secure, and consistent data flow across AI-integrated learning platforms, dashboards, and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with the Innovation, Technology, and Research (ITR) team to align student data pipelines with AI-powered feedback systems.
- Contribute to real-time dashboard development for SLT, enabling data-informed planning and academic interventions.
- Maintain compliance with KHDA, DSIB, and UAE regulatory standards for data protection and usage.
- Apply GDPR-aligned data governance protocols, including secure access control and digital safeguarding measures.
- Ensure audit-readiness through robust documentation and system integrity.
- Oversee the technical coordination of GL assessments and other national testing platforms.
- Manage diagnostic and formative data collection, ensuring structured inputs for AI-driven personalised learning.
- Produce performance analytics, predictive insights, and tracking reports to support academic leadership.
- Establish and manage all examination processes for IGCSE, GCSE, A-Level, and other future qualifications.
- Design digital-first workflows for exam logistics, including invigilation protocols, seating plans, clash management, and access arrangements.
- Ensure full compliance with international best practices in school examinations.
- Deliver training to staff on the use of iSAMS, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Promote a culture of data confidence, supporting teachers and leaders in integrating data into planning and communication.
- Provide ongoing support for improving school-wide data fluency.
- Act as a key contributor to SRI’s Pioneer XP system, shaping the school’s real-time academic dashboards and predictive models.
- Drive innovation in data usage by working closely with academic leads, tech teams, and partners such as GL Assessment and Microsoft.
- Support initiatives related to attendance monitoring, attainment profiling, and intervention strategies through advanced analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing data systems in a British or international school context.
- Demonstrated expertise in iSAMS and other MIS platforms, including integration via APIs and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or equivalent data visualisation tools.
- Strong understanding of UAE education regulations and assessment protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights for non-specialist audiences.
- Experience working in AI-enhanced learning environments, school start-ups, or digital transformation projects is a strong advantage.
- Extensitvely experience with ISAMS as this is the primary platform for managing data at SRI
