- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with company objective
- Collecting and maintaining records of the employees with all their personal and educational details.
- Provide all administrative support require processing VISA of employees in coordination with legal team.
- Ensure employees' salaries are prepare as per experience
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local federal regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage employee's resignation/termination process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Report to management and provide decision support.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Bachelors /Master's Degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
