Job Type: Full-timeWhat You'll Do
- Conduct electrical and mechanical testing to ensure compliance with contract specifications
- Inspect LV networks, street lighting, traffic signal systems, and pumping stations for safety and quality standards
- Carry out destructive and non-destructive material testing including resistivity, radiographic, and tension tests
- Validate piping systems, perform P&ID checks, and oversee hydraulic or pressure tests
- Inspect grounding systems, circuit integrity, and electrical installations in line with statutory regulations
- Monitor underground piping, painting, insulation, and alignment to ensure workmanship quality
- Prepare and review quality control reports and contribute to safety practices documentation
- Supervise subcontractor tasks to ensure professional execution and adherence to specifications
- Participate in welder qualification tests and other inspection-related duties as required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (minimum 3 years)
- At least 7 years of construction inspection experience in LV networks, street lighting, traffic signals, stormwater, and sewerage systems
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and construction specifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within project teams
- Prior experience on DEWA or Dubai Municipality projects preferred
- Ability to attend in-person interviews in Dubai
- Contribute to Parsons' landmark infrastructure and utility projects in Dubai
