Lead full ERP system lifecycle management including design, deployment, upgrades, and continuous improvement
Govern ERP project execution ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget constraints
Manage vendor relationships, third-party service providers, and system integrators for ERP implementation and support
Align ERP functionalities with changing business processes and evolving digital transformation strategies
Coordinate change management processes, system configuration, testing, and user documentation
Ensure data quality, system security, and compliance with organizational standards and audit requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders across functions to gather requirements, resolve issues, and enhance user experience
Evaluate and recommend emerging ERP technologies for scalability, performance, and future-readiness

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 6+ years managing or implementing ERP platforms
Expertise in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics
Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and system integration
Proven experience in business process optimization through ERP tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills to align cross-functional objectives
Knowledge of data governance, IT compliance, and system security protocols
