- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Process monthly payroll and employee benefits (WPS, gratuity, leaves, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Collaborate with the global finance team for consolidated reporting.
- Maintain and optimize financial processes using the Workbook by Deltek.
- Monitor financial health and advise the CEO on cost and margin control.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA (preferred); CPA or CMA also considered.
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a financial management role.
- Direct payroll processing experience in the UAE (including WPS and EOSB).
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, labor law, and financial compliance.
- Proficient in ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
- Excellent English communication.
- Self-driven and highly organized—able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial setup.
- Experience in agency, media, or project-based environments is a plus.
- Familiar with liaising with international teams or reporting to HQs.
