- Manage influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing and PR teams
- Oversee creation of compelling content including posts, videos, blogs, ads, and newsletters
- Ensure all content maintains consistent brand identity and tone across platforms
- Lead community management efforts to foster positive engagement and protect brand reputation
- Manage, mentor, and guide the social media team, ensuring effective collaboration with internal departments
- Track performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and implement data-driven improvements
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and best practices
- Support event coverage, manage executive LinkedIn profiles, and contribute to crisis communication planning
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of social media management and content creation experience, ideally in entertainment, retail, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful social media campaigns and creative content
- Proficiency in platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
- Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics
- Proven success in increasing reach, engagement, and follower growth through organic and paid strategies
- Excellent copywriting, editing, analytical, and leadership skills
