Job Description :Job Summary:We are hiring a Construction Supervisor to manage site activities, ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards, and coordinate with site personnel and contractors for efficient execution.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise all construction site activities.- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.- Monitor daily productivity and resolve site issues.- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.- Prepare daily and weekly reports.- Inspect work for quality and safety compliance.- Liaise with engineers for clarifications and approvals.RequirementsRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.- Registered and certified in relevant discipline.- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.- Strong knowledge of construction practices.- Familiarity with HSE procedures and standards.- Ability to manage teams and subcontractors.- Good communication and leadership skills.- GCC experience is an advantage.
