- Support the Director of Engineering in leading both Guest Services and Plant Services teams, maintaining optimal functionality across all park infrastructure
- Implement and control a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system and manage all Demand Work Orders efficiently
- Establish and enforce standards and procedures for repairs and maintenance, introducing improvements with departmental approval
- Monitor capital and operational expenses, proposing cost-effective, efficiency-driven solutions aligned with financial goals
- Track documentation and administration of PPM and reactive work orders to ensure engineering compliance and team productivity
- Lead safety-first practices across engineering operations to uphold Jumeirah's high-quality service standards
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial engineering role, with at least 3 years in a waterpark or theme park environment
- Strong technical and team management skills with knowledge of large-scale mechanical, hydraulic, or plant systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in multicultural settings
