- Conduct site visits and collaborate with customers to troubleshoot pump-related issues and provide on-site support for installations and commissioning.
- Stay updated on the latest pump technologies, industry standards, and regulations to offer cutting-edge solutions and maintain compliance.
- Provide training and technical assistance to customers and internal teams on pump operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate and select appropriate pumps and accessories based on application requirements, considering factors like flow rate, pressure, and fluid properties.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles.
- Exhibits a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pump industry, indicating practical knowledge and familiarity with pump applications.
