- Identify and acquire new homeowners for our vacation rental management program;
- Search for, contact, meet, present to, negotiate with, and close contracts with potential landlords;
- Respond to leads promptly and professionally, recording updates in the CRM;
- Maintain communication with landlords to ensure their satisfaction and retention;
- Coordinate property onboarding;
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth;
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless onboarding and management of new homeowners;
- Record recruitment activity in our PMS (Property Management System) for clear visibility of results and pipeline;
- Communicate and update homeowners on any changes to their property status;
- Report all activities to management in a timely manner.

- Possess a valid UAE Driving License required.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
- Display exceptional skills in making homeowners feel valued and appreciated, whether through phone conversations or in-person interactions.
- Exhibit strong multitasking abilities.
- Show a dedicated commitment to pursuing a career in the hospitality and property management sector.
- Possess experience in sales and client acquisition within any organization.
