  • Plan, develop, and manage the firms information systems to support investment operations and business processes.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and applications, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive financial and client data.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers; evaluate and deploy new technologies as required.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks (DFSA/ADGM/ESCA) and international data protection laws.
  • Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams to maximize system utilization.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
