Plumbing Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbers and plumbing assistants.
• Ensure all plumbing work is performed in compliance.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for plumbing systems.
• Order and maintain inventory of plumbing materials and supplies.
• Provide training and guidance to plumbing staff.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.
• Conduct performance evaluations for plumbing staff.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on job sites.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new plumbing staff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Provide technical support and expertise as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
