"Utility and Heavy industry segment growth Centralize the program management and accelerate on getting our product range approved by targeted customer" - Act as the focal point for sales team targets and prioritization. - Maintain constant central view of needs and business potentials with input of the key stakeholders - Determine the priority and scope of end-user AVLs, categorizing them based on projected revenue in conjunction with account managers. - Manage both commercial and technical aspects, coordinating with Application Engineers (AEs). - Coordinate between stakeholders. - Allocate duties to team members./ Manage timelines and coordination meetings. - Manage Business units action plan (plant testing, ) - Present to clients individually or support sales colleagues in presentations. - Handle escalations. - Report on progress and outcomes. - Process standardization and improvement: - Standardize processes and secure stakeholder buy-in from Sales, Business development and Business Units - Develop a technical library with targeted end-user standard specifications, commentary, and agreed deviations. - Work with quality and manufacturing on implementing continuous improvement activities based on findings from customer feedbacks during AVL process - Provide thought leadership and prepare documents for industry innovation, such as battlecards, dummy specs, and consultant specifications."
