Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and achievements. Facilitate effective communication among project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to summarize project status and outcomes. Address concerns or questions from stakeholders promptly and professionally. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Supervise on-site construction activities to assess quality, progress, and compliance with safety regulations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources. Act as the central point of contact for all construction-related inquiries and decisions. Prepare and monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documents related to construction projects. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines. Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field from an accredited institution required Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction or Project Management Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment Strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated experience in project management. Must have strong written, verbal and communication skills. Requires the ability to be flexible, adaptable and to deal with ambiguity and change.
