Project Manager - Civil

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil engineering projects including infrastructure, roads, bridges, commercial/residential buildings, water systems, and site development.
• Lead project planning sessions and manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, legal, and quality standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust work as needed to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Track financial performance and ensure cost control.
• Lead project meetings and report on project status to clients and management.
• Supervise and mentor project team members and subcontractors.
• Ensure accurate documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and close-out reports.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Masters preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or PMP certification (optional but preferred).
• Proven experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under pressure.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
