- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, while striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote a customer-friendly culture within the organization.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the management team for prompt resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless and efficient customer service.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback on processes and procedures.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle difficult customers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages will be considered a strong asset.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and representing the organization in a positive light.
