You will support the PSLD leadership team with business insights and analytics on key logistics and operational topics. Further you will implement and continuously improve all logistics processes to maximize efficiency and productivity leveraging digital skills and data driven decision making.Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Applying lean manufacturing principles to assist with the implementation of efficient and competitive logistics solutions.
  • Coordinating with engineering, manufacturing operations, and supply chain functions to define critical parameters and develop plans for process control and improvements.
  • Maintaining the internal logistics process engineering standards, knowledge, and tools; Assuring their implementation in current and new operations.
  • Evaluating logistics processes and workflows, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process-related concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in warehousing / distribution operations / transportation
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skillset (e.g. PowerBI, Excel, SQL queries).
  • Python is a plus
