- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for Oracle databases
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting for banking operations
- Assist in implementing compliance solutions for Basel III, FATCA, AML, KYC, and central bank requirements
- Ensure data traceability and audit readiness across systems
- Work with wealth banking systems such as Prospero and Avaloq
- Participate in UAT, SIT, and regression testing for system integration projects
- Create BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and process documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements with regulatory and business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT or business analysis within banking
- Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools such as OBIEE
- Familiarity with retail, corporate, and digital banking products and services
- Experience with compliance and financial reporting standards
- Skilled in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
