- Lead analysis, mapping, and optimization of enterprise-wide processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, Logistics, and Operations.
- Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into solution specifications for developers, architects, and vendors.
- Conduct feasibility studies, gap assessments, and impact analyses for enterprise system enhancements.
- Support ERP (Oracle, SAP), IBM Maximo, and other platforms through implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.
- Oversee project lifecycle activities including UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Develop training materials, user manuals, and facilitate workshops for users.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards such as ISO 20000 and IT governance frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of business analysis or enterprise system implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
- Experience with Asset Management Systems, ideally IBM Maximo.
- Exposure to business domains including Finance, Procurement, HR, and Logistics.
- Skilled in process modeling (UML, BPMN) and documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma, ITIL, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
