- Oversee the design and implementation of guidance and awareness initiatives for employers, workers, and domestic labor.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations to apply best practices in awareness delivery.
- Supervise the creation and distribution of guidance materials related to labor laws and policies in partnership with the Government Communications Department.
- Organize and manage inspection visits to labor recruitment offices, business centers, and establishments to promote compliance with labor legislation.
- Develop awareness programs for labor market systems and policies, measure their impact, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of awareness campaigns, ensuring protection of rights for all parties.
- Prepare and submit regular progress and impact reports to senior leadership.
- Lead and develop the department's team to enhance performance and service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in guidance, awareness, or program management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor market laws and policies.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating program outcomes and driving improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
