Job Description :Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatchEnsure accurate inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)Optimize warehouse layout and space utilizationLead and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performanceImplement and maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standardsCoordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and sales teamsOversee timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet delivery schedulesManage stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliationTrack KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, stock loss, warehouse efficiency, etc.)Handle maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructureEnsure compliance with local regulations and health & safety guidelinesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of warehouse management experience (FMCG experience preferred)Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)Proven leadership, planning, and decision-making skillsHands-on experience with inventory control, inbound/outbound logisticsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentKnowledge of HSE standards in warehouse operations
