- Monitor and report on operational performance, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets.
- Support expansion projects, validating operational processes and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Drive implementation of Customer Service Excellence standards across all sites.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and generate revenue opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required.
