Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are seeking an energetic and proactive Emirati National to join us as a Public Relations Officer (PRO). In this role, you will be responsible for managing all government-related processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Abu Dhabi - The most crucial responsibility is submitting documents to a government entity in Abu Dhabi. For this reason, we prefer candidates who are either located in Abu Dhabi or willing to commute twice a week.Your ImpactVisa Processing
  • Handle all procedures related to new employment visas, residence visas, and visa cancellations.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up with immigration and labor departments.
Work Permit Management
  • Apply for new work permits and renewals through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
  • Track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties.
Residency and Emirates ID
  • Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID applications, and residency stamping.
  • Ensure all employees have valid documents at all times.
Government Liaison
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities (e.g., Immigration, MOHRE, GDRFA).
  • Stay updated on changes in UAE labor and immigration laws.
Document Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee documents, including passports, visas, and labor cards.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Company Licensing and Approvals
  • Assist in renewing trade licenses, establishment cards, and other company-related government documents.
Employee Onboarding Support
  • Guide new employees through the visa and residency process.
  • Provide support in understanding UAE legal requirements.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure the company complies with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Prepare reports for management on visa and permit status.
