Must have events/experiential experienceThe Associate Creative Director (ACD) plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing groundbreaking creative concepts across diverse industries. With a strong focus on storytelling, spatial design, and experience-driven formats, the ACD will lead teams to craft compelling, innovative, and brand-aligned creative work. This role requires a well-rounded creative thinker with strong ideation skills, capable of translating strategic insights into engaging campaigns and experiences.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Creative Director to define and deliver innovative, industry-relevant creative concepts across integrated platforms (digital, spatial, experiential, print, social and various media).
  • Working closely with the Creative Director as a right hand support to the Creative Studio and simultaneously work on multiple projects
  • Lead the creative development of storytelling narratives, compelling mood boards that push creative boundaries and unique experience formats
  • Drive strong ideation sessions, pushing for out-of-the-box thinking while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Oversee and inspire designers and art directors, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, marketing, strategy, and production to transform client briefs into cutting-edge creative solutions.
  • Present creative work with confidence and clarity to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations to keep the agency's work fresh and forward-thinking.
  • Contribute to new business development with standout creative concepts and storytelling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of creative experience (agency or in-house), with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • A well-rounded industry background, with proven success across multiple sectors (luxury, automotive, lifestyle, government, etc. is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, spatial design, experience concepts, and innovative campaign leadership.
  • Advanced skills in creating compelling mood boards and translating them into powerful design and experience solutions.
  • Language: English fluency
  • Systems & Software: Keynote expertise; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus; familiarity with additional design or creative tools is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence both clients and internal teams.
