
Commercial Sales Manager - Finance

- Prepare budgetary and firm bids in collaboration with Technical Sales and bidding teams.
- Implement financial and commercial activities during the sales phase, focusing on gross profit and cash flow.
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance through thorough tender analysis.
- Structure bids in alignment with customer and tax requirements, ensuring cost transparency.
- Negotiate commercial and consortium contract terms in coordination with Legal and Finance.
- Contribute to internal approval processes, financial forecasting, and sales reporting in SFDC.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in commercial bid and sales management for complex industrial projects.
- Expertise in bid preparation, contract negotiation, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of financial controlling and digital reporting tools (MS Office, SAP, SFDC).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work in international teams.
- High resilience, motivation, and strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
