- Manage bar operations including stock control, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in food and beverage service preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 23 kg, including bending and kneeling.
- Strong numerical and communication skills with basic reading and writing ability.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must meet UAE's legal age requirements for serving alcohol and comply with food safety standards.
- Guest-oriented, energetic, and approachable personality.
