- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and VIP arrivals.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the front office team to deliver Hyatt Centric’s service culture.
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and creative problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments for a smooth guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, policies, and health & safety procedures.
- Monitor room inventory, allocations, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new front office colleagues.
- Serve as Duty Manager when required.

- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Front Office, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in one or more European languages (such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Russian) will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
