The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in Sharjah and demonstrate a solid track record in managing construction sites from initiation to completion.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site operations for G+10 commercial projectsManage and coordinate project timelines, subcontractors, and site staffEnsure adherence to project specifications, budgets, and schedulesLiaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities in SharjahMonitor site safety, compliance, and quality control proceduresRequirements:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in building construction, including G+10 commercial projectsMinimum 2 years experience working in SharjahStrong knowledge of local regulations, Sharjah Municipality procedures, and safety standardsProven leadership and site management skillsExcellent communication and reporting abilities
