- Coordinate and lead school tours, presenting the school in a professional and engaging manner to support enrolment targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the school’s Front of House/Reception to ensure an exceptional standard of customer service.
- Manage and develop school communication channels, including newsletters, website updates, and event communications.
- Organise parent and community events to foster engagement and support retention activities.
- Provide content to promote the school’s academic and extracurricular achievements through internal and external communication platforms.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and enrolment activities.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of parent concerns, feedback, and enquiries.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales-focused role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales/enrolment targets.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use digital platforms effectively.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
