- Liaise with UAE government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Immigration, GDRFA, MOHRE) for employee-related documentation.
- Handle visa issuance, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations while maintaining accurate government transaction records.
- Provide administrative support for documentation, filing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and government portals.
- Prepare and update dashboards to track visa processes, compliance metrics, and government transactions.
- Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and charts.
- Ensure confidentiality, timeliness, and accuracy in all reporting.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in government relations or administrative support in UAE.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel with experience in dashboards and reporting.
- Familiarity with UAE government portals such as GDRFA, MOHRE, and ICA.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
