NorthBay Solutions seeks an Enterprise Architect with proven GenAI leadership, strong AI/ML foundation, and solid enterprise architecture background. We want seasoned professionals with deployment experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments to lead strategic AI initiatives for a leading client in Abu Dhabi.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions integrating traditional systems with AI/MLLead 8–12 engineers across full-stack, DevOps, and AI/ML specializations in Agile environmentsDrive technical decisions spanning infrastructure, databases, APIs, microservices, and AI componentsAct as the key technical liaison with client stakeholders in Abu DhabiTechnical RequirementsGenAI Leadership (3+ Years) – PRIMARYExpert-level LLM experience (LLAMA, Mistral, GPT) including fine-tuning and deploymentAgentic AI, MultiAgent systems, Agentic RAG implementationsVector Databases, LangChain, Langraph, and modern GenAI toolchainsAdvanced prompt engineering and Chain-of-Thought techniques3+ production GenAI applications successfully implementedAI/ML Foundation (4–5 Years)Hands-on AI/ML experience building production systems with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorchML model lifecycle management from development to deployment and monitoringIntegration of AI/ML models with existing enterprise architecturesEnterprise Architecture & Deployment (8+ Years)Full-stack development with MERN stack or equivalentDeployment experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environmentsKubernetes expertise for container orchestration and deploymentDatabase proficiency: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB)API development: RESTful services, GraphQL, microservices architectureDevOps experience: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automationCloud & InfrastructureStrong cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) with ML servicesAWS: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway or equivalentHybrid architecture design combining on-prem, cloud, and AI/ML systemsProven Delivery7+ complex projects delivered across enterprise systems and AI/ML solutionsTeam leadership experience managing diverse technical teamsExperience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholdersRequirements(Good to have) AWS/Azure/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect + ML Specialty preferred)Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Abu DhabiStrong communication skills bridging business and technical requirementsAgile/Scrum leadership experience with measurable team performance improvementsIdeal Candidate
