Job Description :Key Responsibilities:Operate truck-mounted concrete boom or line pumps at construction sitesSafely manoeuvre pump vehicles to job sites and position the boom to required locationsSet up pump system: stabilisers, pipeline, hose, and boom extensionMaintain consistent flow and concrete quality throughout the pourMonitor pressure, flow, and resolve basic blockages or hose clogsCommunicate with site engineers, safety officers, and labour teamsClean and maintain pump equipment after each use, both externally and internallyMaintain service logs, inspection reports, and daily job recordsFollow all HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines while operating in high-risk zonesRequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2–5 years’ experience operating concrete pumps (boom or line)Understanding of hydraulic systems and concrete flow mechanicsAbility to read basic site drawings and understand pour plansMust hold a valid UAE Heavy License (Category 4 or 8)Knowledge of Dubai municipality and construction site protocolsPhysically fit and comfortable with field-based workBenefitsCompensation & Benefits:Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 (Based on experience)Free accommodation & transportationOvertime pay as per UAE labor lawAnnual leave, medical & other benefits
