The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor law, general HR practices, and preferably experience within DMCC regulations. Recruitment will account for around 20% of responsibilities, with the primary focus on broader HR strategy and compliance.Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
Manage HR operations including payroll, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff across all HR-related matters.
Maintain and update HR documentation in line with DMCC requirements.
Lead recruitment for key roles (approx. 20% of workload), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Implement HR best practices to support employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with UAE regulations.
Support training and development initiatives to build employee capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum 7 yr-10 years of HR experience in the UAE in HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law; prior DMCC knowledge is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality.What We Offer
