- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Assist housekeeping staff with the cleaning of guest rooms and suites as needed.
- Manage laundry services, ensuring linens and towels are washed, dried, and put away efficiently.
- Respond swiftly and efficiently to guest requests and needs, demonstrating a high level of customer service.
- Report maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas to the maintenance team.
- Ensure all supplies and equipment are restocked and stored properly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events or functions, as required.
- Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the housekeeping management team.
- Previous experience in a similar Houseman or housekeeping position in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Facility Services is preferred
