- Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and internal team coordination
- Collect and analyze marketing data, prepare reports, and track performance metrics
- Manage approval processes to ensure materials align with brand guidelines
- Support planning and execution of on-ground marketing activations and events
- Coordinate logistics, event materials, and supplier requirements for campaigns
- Raise and track purchase orders for marketing activities, ensuring budget compliance
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and payment processing
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage invoice queries
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or an administrative support role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with marketing tools and reporting software is an advantage
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about the entertainment industry
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and activations
