- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure food quality, presentation, and timeliness.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and work to improve satisfaction scores.
- Review daily forecasts, VIP lists, and coordinate between outlets for seamless service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or food and beverage service.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service and in-room dining operations.
- Service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members to excel.
