Supervise daily operations of the health club and spa, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional wellness and leisure experiences.
Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance to the highest standards.
Oversee guest scheduling, treatment coordination, and health club activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Health Club Supervisor, Spa Supervisor, or similar role in luxury hotels or resorts.
